I wish they would give the option to mount the quiver parallel to the rail.
The quiver is smaller than previous models and the orientation of the quiver is parallel to the string and might be a problem carrying out to the field. This is my third Killer Instinct Crossbow and will continue to recommend and purchase Killer Instinct crossbows. The Boss is a little louder than my previous crossbows however the speed will make up for the loudness. The warranty and customer services is top notch and Killer Instinct is always there to stand behind their products. Last year I purchased the 380 Hero and so I decided to have a back up and purchased the 405 Boss. Shot my hunting blades and are holding the same pattern. I have shot groupings at each yardage marker on the scope that are within 2 inches and thats using steady sticks and not a bench rest. The bow feels great to shoot and has awesome speed even when paired with 425g bolts. The scope which I read was the worst part of the package is actually not bad at all the clarity is great and yardage markings are pretty true to aim once dialed in correctly. Assembly was easy and the instruction are great. The barnett and centerpoint bows that fell within this price range felt good but not as good as the boss did. I bought this crossbow after reading many reviews and narrowing my choices down to three. With 125 grain tips for total 467 grain bolts.
